Shipping Policy and Procedure

We ship most orders directly from the manufacturer or supplier via UPS and FedEx ground and Common Carrier (truck). There are surcharges applied when a common carrier is used but you will be contacted before we process the order. Over sized items can only ship via ground.

Order $99.95 From Any Brand And Get Free Shipping:
Order at least $99.95 worth of product from any brand or fabricator and you will receive free shipping unless:
Your order has an oversize item (8 feet or more when packed)
You are shipping your order to Alaska or Hawaii

If You Have An Oversize Item (8 Feet or more):
If your order has an oversize item (8 Feet or more in Length when packed), sometimes you will only have to pay the shipping cost for the oversize item. The other items on your order will ship for free when you order at least worth of product from any brand or fabricator.

If You Have An Oversize Item (Between 96″ and 108″ When Packed):
If you have an item that’s over 96 inches when packed (like a 100″ to 180″ adjustable traverse rod), then the portion of the order that contains the 96″ or greater rod does not qualify for free or reduced shipping regardless of the order total.

If You Have An Oversize Item (Over 108″ When Packed):
Your item will have to be shipped to you on a semi-truck and might not qualify for free or reduced shipping.

If You Return An Item From An Order That Qualified For Free Shipping:
You must pay the shipping to return the item to us, and we must reduce your credit by the original shipping amount that you did not have to pay when you placed your order.

Your Order Must Ship Complete:
While we make every effort to ensure that all products are available in our stocking warehouses, from time to time, back-orders do occur. If your order qualifies for free or reduced shipping, we can not split-ship your order. All items must be shipped together once the back-ordered items arrive at our stocking warehouse.

Where Do We Ship To?
We ship to valid United States residential and business addresses along with Canada. Many items can not be shipped to PO Boxes. We do not ship outside the United States for Free. We reserve the right to cancel any order that originates from or ships to any address that is not within the 48 Continental United States.

What Shipping Methods Do You Use?
We offer ground shipping from national carriers like UPS & Fed-Ex. Since the majority of our items are custom made and can take several days to produce, we don’t offer air or expedited shipping.

It’s been our experience that the majority of our orders include poles or other items that are large and therefore very expensive to ship by air and the cost to our customers for air shipping is usually very high. Please try to place your order at least two weeks before you want to hang (or install) your product. This will give us enough time to have your order made and shipped to you using a lower cost ground carrier.

How Long Will It Take To Ship your Order?
Each collection and fabricator that we carry has their own unique production schedule. Our fabricators update us frequently with their production times and we post this information on each products paged under the “Additional Information” button.

Our posted production and shipping times are “Usually Ships In” times. They are not guarantees, items “usually” ship within the posted time frame. We work very hard to get orders out as quickly as possible, but delays can happen from time to time.

Highly customized items may take up to 15 business days to ship. Non-customized, or stock, items may ship the same or next business day. Once your order ships, you should allow between 3 and 5 business days to receive your order. The posted “Usually Ships In” lead times do not include the time it takes for your order to travel from our fabricator to your location.

Shipping Problems:
If your order arrives damaged in any way, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please inspect the contents of your shipment immediately for concealed damage and contact us within 48 hours.

You must make us aware of any shipping issues (package not received, damage in shipping or concealed damage) within 10 days from the ship date. If you do not contact us within 10 days we will not be able to offer any refunds or credits for shipping problems.

If you’re going to be away from your shipping destination, please make sure to place your order at a time when you’ll be available to inspect your package upon delivery. You must alert us of any shipping issue within 10 days from the ship date. We can’t make exceptions for vacations, holidays or any other reason that prevented you from altering us to shipping problems within 10 days.

How Do We Calculate Shipping?
We calculate shipping based on a flat rate from our fabricator to your location. We determine the value of product that you order from each fabricator to calculate your flat rate. If you order items from multiple fabricators together (like some items from Houseparts and other items from Vesta), we will calculate a flat rate from the first fabricator (like Houseparts) and then an additional flat rate from the next fabricator (like Vesta).

If your order contains oversize items (items that are generally between 6 and 8 feet in length when packed), we add oversize item surcharges. If your order contains items over 8 feet in length when packed, we must ship your order by Common Carrier (semi-truck) and we must charge you a Common Carrier freight fee which is usualy $150 or more if applicable.

International Shipping:

To obtain a quote for shipping in any International region please mail us on with your requirements.

– Orders outside the continental United States never qualify for Free Shipping.
– Orders shipped free, in event of a return or refund shall be liable to the deduction of actual shipment charge.
– Any shipping notes occurring on any section of the site if different from the preceding policy will be over-riding.
